Well, you just..well, I just worked my way up to heavy. If you start on standard or heavy you'd just be confused. After a while if the beat moves a little faster you don't really notice because you're focused on the arrows, and then before you know it you're done MAX300 or whatever it is that challanges people these days xD
What really amazes me is people who actually dance while playing it...I've seen kids with their body on the matt doing those street dance things...hitting the arrows with their hands and feet...they must have memorized the song. xD
